These babies a BIG and Chewy and oh sooooo good.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a Mixer or a Large bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the Maple syrup, water, and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly stir into the peanut butter mixture. Then add in chocolate chunks. A medium size baking sheet should fit 6 Large dollaps, just make sure they are well spread out.

Depending on the size of the dollaps of cookie bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Larger ones I would bake for the 14 mins. Smaller ones for 12 mins, any longer they won’t be as chewy.
